4. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by IN TO SOLAR ENERGY is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, IN TO SOLAR ENERGY will refund the

client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20 % administration fee.

Used goods ,damaged goods , goods without warrant seals do not qualify for warranties. Solar equipment is subjected to be installed by qualified solar installers or electricians.
